Katie joined PEPCO in 2019 and has worked in various roles which means she knows the business inside out. She now uses her knowledge to manage the operations of the business, supporting with marketing, HR, finance & IT. She also enjoys increasing process efficiencies and getting involved in projects such as creating new roles and the rolling out of new systems. Katie's background also includes Office Management & Recruitment.
