Kate is a Senior Partner at PEPCO, having managed the PEPCO business since 2007 and been involved in numerous cost optimisation projects within Bridgepoint and other PE houses, she now focuses on insurance value creation within the portfolio and continues to support the wider team with procurement initiatives.
