Julia joined PEPCO in 2017 and is responsible for supporting PEPCO's Bridgepoint & non-Bridgepoint PE partners and their portfolio. She has held MD/CEO roles for over 20 years within manufacturing, distribution, retail, tech, web and education. Having worked extensively across Europe, the US and India she and is skilled in relationship management, growth strategy, financial management, partnership creation and overall commercial development. As well as her role as Managing Partner, she is a published author, podcast guest and featured in Forbes Magazine for her insights on belonging in the workplace.
